When we bought our house she was able to get it under the asking price and when we sold she sold for 18k over the asking! Regarding my 2012 purchase of a home in Riverside, California: I was really feeling lost in the process of making a home purchase with my agent from Century 21. So when I was put in contact with Blanca Diaz, I was a bit hesitant to commit to any firm relationship with an agent again. But let me tell you that my agent, Blanca, made a world of difference in my perspective on purchasing a property. She let me know right away that she wanted to be MY agent and that if I committed to her and her company, that she would COMMIT TO ME and really help me get the home I wanted.
